After the contract is established, a dedicated panel account is created just for your company. Next, we go through a detailed planning process based on your product type. During this time, you will upload your CAD files to the designated Corporate Cloud System. The completed work will then be shared through the same account.

CAD files are securely stored on our servers to protect them as proprietary information. If you request, we can sign a Confidentiality Agreement prepared by your organization to formalize the confidentiality commitment between our companies.

To improve the quality of the images and animations, we make precise adjustments to the CAD files. These changes are only for rendering purposes, like adjusting sharp corners, bolt slots, and distinguishing between painted and machined surfaces. No other modifications are made beyond these rendering needs.

To ensure efficiency and consistent visuals in Product Visualization, 3D Animation, and Media Designs, we prefer to work with annual contracts. For production and visual alignment with your brand, consider using Creative Agency support, making Modern Render a key part of your team.

There is no limit to the number of images and videos we can create during our partnership. We are dedicated to meeting all your needs across our entire range of services.
